Eggelletion Sentenced: 2 1/2 Years In Prison (CBS4 Miami)

Former Broward County commissioner Josephus Eggelletion has been sentenced to 2 ½ years in federal prison after pleading guilty in December to a money laundering conspiracy. Eggelletion did face up to five years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine but federal guidelines called for between 2 ½ and just over three years in prison.
